Volunteers are welcomed and needed in many capacities

Join the the Premiere Club, the Theatre’s volunteer support group. The goal of the Premiere Club is to assist the Theatre while having fun and getting to know the Theatre staff, cast and crews. The Premiere Club provides helping hands as well as financial assistance to the Theatre. There are bi-monthly meetings to projects, get updates directly from the theatre and have time for socializing. The Club provides meals for the cast between shows, hosts cast parties and assists with many fund raising events.

Here are some of the things we do:

-Prepare and serve meals for cast and crew during productions; it’s a great way to get to know the people in this theatre community.

-Participate in a discussion with the director of the performance that is about to open, then attend a dress rehearsal. It’s like a theatre appreciation class.

-Attend performances at other theatres as a group.

-Help the Theatre staff; e.g., stuff envelopes for season ticket and fund raising mailings, help find props, assist with social & donor events, etc.

-Anything else we can do to help. Bring your ideas.

-Meeting dates for 2011 are: 2/14/11, 4/11/11, 6/13/11, 8/08/11 and 10/10/11 (all dates subject to change).

• Bulk mailings
• Distribution of marketing materials
