Auditions for the 2010-11 season have been completed. Auditions will resume in the spring of 2012 for the 2012-13 season.

AUDITION PREPARATION

Two headsots and resumes are required. Monologues are required upon the discretion of the director. Sides and scripts available in the box office. Sides to be posted below as well. When visiting box office to borrow scripts or pick up sides , please avoid showtimes. Box office: Mon.-Sat 10-6pm; Sun: 12-6pm PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR YOUR AUDITION.

General Audition Information

Theatre in the Square is a non-profit professional theatre employing equity and non-equity performers. Theatre in the Square has a Small Professional Theatre (SPT) level 8 Agreement with Actors Equity Association (AEA).

Auditions are held on a show by show basis.

Rehearsal and Performance Schedule
Mainstage: 3 1/2 weeks of rehearsal, 5 weeks of performance, Tuesday - Saturday at 8pm, Sun. 2:30 and 7pm. 2 weeks of day rehearsals, 1 week of evening.

Alley Stage: 3 1/2 weeks of rehearsal, 4 weeks of performance, Tuesday - Saturday at 8pm., Sun. 2:30pm.
3 weeks of night rehearsals, weekend days.
