Mike has a B.S. Degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and an MBA in Accounting & Finance degree from Kennesaw State University. Mike took his experience managing companies and law firms and formed Elite Telecom Services in 2002. Elite Telecom specializes in voice and data services for companies.

Mike is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Cobb, Past Vice President of The Kennesaw Business Association, Past Vice-Chair of the Facility & Technology SPLOST Committee of the Cobb County School Board, a member of the Wellstar Foundation Community Relations Committee, and is the 2009 and 2010 Chair of the Kennesaw State University College of the Arts Flourish Luncheon. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Theatre in the Square and the Advisory Board for The Strand Theatre. In 2009, Mike was awarded the Volunteer Board of the Year for Kennesaw State University. In 2006, Elite Telecom Services was awarded a Top 25 Small Business of the Year Award by the Cobb Chamber of Commerce and in 2009, Mike was a top 5 Finalist for the Small Business Person of the Year for Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. He is currently a Corporate Connections Advisory Board member.

Mike enjoys volunteering time or contributing to the Children’s Brain Tumor Foundation, Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital, CURE Childhood Cancer, Camp Sunshine and Lighthouse Family Retreat for children with cancer. Lastly, he leads an American Cancer Society Relay for Life Team every year.

Mike is married to Jan and has two kids in high school, Haley and Holden. Mike enjoys camping, snow skiing and announcing his son’s high school baseball team games, coaching his daughter’s softball team and being an active member of the Marietta Kiwanis.
