Ed Fielder is a real estate/facilities and logistics management executive with 34 years of success in operations, cost control, revenue generation, and business development. Currently he is the Regional Director, Southern Region for Linc Facility Services, LLC where he has overall responsibility for day to day operations for a diverse facility portfolio of corporate office, industrial, airline, airports, telecommunications, church, manufacturing, municipal and critical systems; General Mills, SKC Film, PPG, Delta Airlines, ASA Airlines, Atlanta Airlines Terminal Corporation (Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport), Delta Community Credit Union, Verizon Service Corporation, Toyota Motor Engineering and Manufacturing North America, Inc., New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, Inc., Volvo Group North America, Inc., Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., Mecklenburg County, North Carolina and State of Tennessee Data Centers. Previously he was the Chief of Staff and the Regional Administrator for the Southeast Sunbelt Region for the U.S. General Services Administration. He has provided corporate facility services to Delta Airlines as Account Manager for CB Richard Ellis, BellSouth Telecommunications as the Director of Property Management for Carter and Associates and Equifax/ ChoicePoint as General Manager for Compass Management and Leasing. Ed retired from the United States Marine Corps as a Lieutenant Colonel where he was a Logistics Officer.

Ed holds both the Facility Management Administrator and Real Property Administrator designations from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International. Ed is a graduate of the Marine Corps Command and Staff College. He has a MBA in Management from Golden Gate University and a BS in Building Construction from Georgia Institute of Technology.
