JMichael

JMichael holds a BA Degree from Alabama State University, and a Masters from the University of Michigan. Co-Founder of SoundFlyte Productions. Produced shows at Ceasar’s Palace and Mirage Hotels in Las Vegas; featured performer for Disneyland and Disney Cruise Lines. C o-Creator/Director for 21st Century Platters--a Tribute Concept, performing six shows with the prestigious Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, Marvin Hamlisch, conductor; The Pueblo, Colorado and Alabama Symphony Orchestras. His SoundFlyte Big Band has performed for events nationwide. Music Director for Cane, Ain’t Misbehavin, The Wiz, Blues In The Night, Rejoice--many others along with co-writing and performing title song for the movie Olive Juice. In 2007, JMichael made his professional acting debut as Wining Boy in The Piano Lesson, and recently received kudos for portraying four different characters in Mahalia.
